Pre op diet starts tomorrow

Well it is getting closer- my pre op diet starts tomorrow! I am excited to get the process underway but dreading the tired, and crankiness. Any suggestions to make it better?

You are getting close now! For me, I found the first three days are the toughest, and once you get past them, things seem to even out and you adjust pretty well. You just have to keep your eye on the prize.

I agree. Just keep focussed, try to avoid all temptations and remember that by sticking to it you are helping your surgeon to carry out your surgery more safely and efficiently.

Good luck!
