What Am I Really Doing To Myself

I was 6.5 and was having a hard time keeping anything down now. I got 1/2 cc taken out and I've had some things going on & I'm losing nothing but my mind. Eating everything so I'm going back in on the 11th to get a fill. I've come to far to go back now. I going to put the KIt Kats down!!!!!!!

I had a .25 unfill a couple months ago. For the first 2 weeks after I felt like I was eating too much and thought about going for a re-fill. However I think it was mental head hunger and soon I felt better. My tightness varies from week to week. It's so odd but I know related to stress and hormones.

Please keep in mind a fill won't stop you from eating- especially not slider foods like Kit Kats. The band's job isn't to physically stop you from eating anything, it's job is to control your hunger. If you're eating due to stress rather than hunger then it's unlikely that a fill help.

Have a look at this link, it may help: http://drsimpson.net/fills/Lap-band-made-simple/Lap-band-surgery-restriction-slips/Lap-band-surgery-restriction-slips.html

Best wishes.
