Hairloss

I am 4 months into my lap and lost 42 pounds

so far, I am loving my weightless only thing I haven't liked is the amount of hair-loss I have been having. Is there anyone having the same problem what can I do. Anyone please help

I was having the same issue. I now take centrum multivitamin with added biotin. Biotin helps stem the hair loss. I also found shampoo that has biotin as well. Best of luck

No Biotin does not prevent hair loss.

Think of biotin as a supplement to help grow back stronger/thicker hair...not the other way around

your hair is falling out because you have lost weight fast and had surgery. Up your protein and take a multi vitamin

Thanks for the advice as long as I can find something that can make my hair stronger and grow again that will be awesome
