4 days post op gas pain

This is the only thing thats hurting me.Its all up in my shoulder all I do is burp.I am taking gas ex and walking. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of it?

    A heating pad was my life saver but I was banded last Dec. Not sure how a heating pad will feel in summer. Walking walking walking helps
