1. I was thinking about 6 weeks myself. Except now at just at 36 weeks my daughter is breech, there's a possibility of a c-section. So no sure how that will play into it
2. A heating pad was my life saver but I was banded last Dec. Not sure how a heating pad will feel in summer. Walking walking walking helps
3. Just curious. I was completely unfilled at about 10 weeks and my drs office said right after delivery I can start fills again. How long did you wait?
4. Same here except I have 3.3 cc's
5. Thank you
6. Yes I agree already. I feel like I have a bump and the whole world can tell lol. I haven't broken the news to the family yet and I dying to. My youngest was 8 lbs 12 oz soooo I know I will be gaining at some point. Atleast its a good gain.
7. Well ladies back when I made this post little did I know the miracle of life was already in progress. Im currently 9 weeks along! I will be closing up shop after this one! thank you for all your advice.
8. thank you for your comment about your pregnancy and unfills. I too am newly banded and was terrified was I took a home test and found out I was expecting. My lb pa has put me at ease explaining that im not hurting anything by not waiting a yr to conceive. I thought I was the only one to have done this. I have unfilled a few cc's just as a precaution which has helped tremendously with morning sickness. My ob seems to want to watch me like a hawk. But with both my pregnancies prior to being banded I lost weight in the first two trimesters. Currently Im 9 weeks and haven't gained or lost
9. 197 final weight in for Jan
10. Thank you for sharing you are such an inspiration! I can't wait to have the same story. Im blessedto have a very supportive FH also. Post dress pics when you have them
11. I think you need to up your food intake. If you are going to work out that much you need tofuel your body. Sounds like your body is in starvation mode just in my opinion im not a nutritionist. My dr said with protein shakes use them as a meal replacement. If Im working out then as a snack. Also weighing your food is better than using a cup for measurement. I stick to between 4 and 6 ounces per meal.
12. Checking in at 198 apparently my previous post were incorrect when I went to the Dr last week their scale read 204 so I went and got a new scale that more accurate. What a love/hate relationship
13. Here you go

15. Not really unfortunately I need to take care of a personal issue but will do many best to make it

18. I saw this and wanted to share with everyone. Have a great day.
19. I still want to just trying to coordinate family schedule. What time is better for you?
20. Im only a month post op but this is how I see it. Think of it as you need to teach your body to be skinny. After all you taught it to be fat; to want and crave the food and amounts of it. Now its time to teach it that some where between 4 and 8 ounces (depending on your Dr) is ok. You will not die of starvation. Remind your self this is head hunger. Find a distraction to cope whether that's drinking more water, working out, reach out to a friend/lbt. You can do this meet your band halfway.
21. Stay away from snacking! When I get hungry I drink water. If all else fails grab a protein shake
22. Me either ... in fact I think I gained. Have you taken it since banding?
