preggo question!
thank you for your comment about your pregnancy and unfills. I too am newly banded and was terrified was I took a home test and found out I was expecting. My lb pa has put me at ease explaining that im not hurting anything by not waiting a yr to conceive. I thought I was the only one to have done this. I have unfilled a few cc's just as a precaution which has helped tremendously with morning sickness. My ob seems to want to watch me like a hawk. But with both my pregnancies prior to being banded I lost weight in the first two trimesters. Currently Im 9 weeks and haven't gained or lost

I think you need to up your food intake. If you are going to work out that much you need tofuel your body. Sounds like your body is in starvation mode just in my opinion im not a nutritionist. My dr said with protein shakes use them as a meal replacement. If Im working out then as a snack. Also weighing your food is better than using a cup for measurement. I stick to between 4 and 6 ounces per meal.- Happy 2013 Challenge!!
Checking in at 198 apparently my previous post were incorrect when I went to the Dr last week their scale read 204 so I went and got a new scale that more accurate. What a love/hate relationship- Motivation Monday
