Question about my fitness pal

Hi everyone! I am using my fitness pal and I was wondering if when you exercise and they add more calories to your allowance do you use them? For example, I took a Zumba class today and that counted as 843 calories and the program added calories that I could consume. Are we allowed to eat more that 1000 a day if you exercise or does that not apply to us? Thanks!

Some people do and some dont. I think its all about your own body. I do total of 1,200 cal and dont increase them because of my workout. Now I think that it is different if you do Zumba everyday because you are going to need more energy than 1000cal can provide.

So for me it depends on if this is a 1 or 2 time a week thing. Or an everyday thing. If that helps at all???

I don't use my extra calories andi don't know how I even could. I am not that hungry to go and eat an extra 800 calories. That's great that you are exercising! Good job!
