Congrats! How long did it take you to lose it

Two and half years. I have osteoarthritis so I can't do power workouts like many people here can. I did do water exercises and some walking when I could. I now ride my bicycle not a lot but when I feel like it.

WOW-Very nice work. I know it will take me more than 1 1/2 years to get to goal, and I can wait. You are proof it doesn't matter how long it takes, just be patient and good things happen to those who wait.

Now celebrate with something fun, like a facial, mani-pedi or something new to wear is always great.
