My urine smells like Cheerios

I know this is weird, but every once in a while my urine will smell really strongly like Cheerios. I'm not diabetic, and I do take daily multi-vitamins.

Does anyone else get this?

    Are you doing low carb? It might be that you're in ketosis. I understand it makes your urine smell different.

    Do you eat a lot of sweets or maybe something like coffee that is causing this? Everytime I have caramel macchiato my urine smells like caramel lol I know tmi!!
