Protein. This is one of the reasons doctors stress the importance of eating protein first when having meals. Carbs simply don't have the satiety power that protein does.

I get the most from my protein. I do best if I don't eat something too soft as it just seems to slide right through and thats one of the things that has gotten me into trouble. A good grilled piece of chicken does the trick for me!

Any protein like steak or chicken ,but my favorite snack is a little peanut butter on apple slices or a little oatmeal with milk and brown sugar .MMMMMMMMMMM !

Eating protein for breakfast keeps me full 'til later in the afternoon. I am staying away from peanut butter, but have found almond butter, what a treat! My new worst enemy!!

It's true higher the protein the less hunger you feel and the lower food intake just happens :)
