Fighting back my sweet tooth!

So my sweet tooth is rearing its ugly head!!!! AHHH! I think I will have a protien shake to quel the beast! I just got my Unjury in the mail today! Love the stuff. Hopefully that will work, fighting head hunger is sooooo hard. Thanks for listening to me moan. :wacko:

I don't have much of a sweet tooth (I'm a salty crunchy girl) but FWIW I find that something sour and acidic helps me get rid of sweet cravings... Like sauerkraut or pickles or sucking a lemon wedge from my ice water.

what about skinny cow pops or sf pudding/jello? that can ease the sweet tooth and not do much damage in terms of calories. or...those 100 calorie cookie packets perhaps?

Yes, head hunger is the worst. Nighttime snacking has been my downfall....
