Started two week liquid diet today July 19 is the Day!!

Is it ok to use fat free milk in place of water for protein shakes? Two shakes a day then protein dinner with veggies. I'm so ready for my life style change.

Only if your allowed the extra calories. I'm only allowed 800 cal. The shakes taste better with milk.
