Hatin the bad today!!

just need to vent. I'm Havin a day where nothing goes down, everything I attempt gets stuck, even my 'go to' foods. I'm sick of shakes and liquids and I would just about KILL for a nice chicken and salad sandwich! I started as a low BMI bandster last November. I'm not far off my goals but I have days where I get so frustrated that I can't eat seemingly 'normal' foods without some Form of discomfort. I know today is just an off day and tomoro will be better. I just need to get it out to those who understand and who have times where they just wanna resort to bad things that don't cause any grief! Tell me you all feel my Pain!

I hear ya. It's hard when you get stuck and the band tightens up and you just want to eat some nice comfort food but NOPE it won't even let you do that. Unfortunately, about all you can do now is try some liquid motrin and liquids for awhile. I do get what you are saying and it does get frustrating at times but in the long run it's worth it. I definitely feel your pain though and it's no fun.

The bad days can be very frustrating! Hang in there and do the very best you can. At least you did the right thing by coming here to vent, where others know what you are going through. We bandsters have to stick together! I hope yesterday and today were much better!
