Best treat ever...8 days post op

I read in Womens Health that you can blend frozen bananas. Ripe. I just tried it with a half cup of milk in my magic bullet and it was fantastic.

Hope everyone can try it and enjoys it as much as I did.

    I was still on liquids so I only used half a frozen banana and some milk to make it more liquid. I would think 1 whole frozen banana if you're looking for a treat.
