    Down to 182. Forgot a doctors appointment this week so I'm eating everything in sight since I wait so long between fills as is.

    One of the guys at the bar I work at has had his 14 years and his ex wife has had hers 18-he has had complications down the road but he says its the best thing he ever did for himself

    Summer Challenge-June!

    Well I didn't click today was the last day if the month or I wouldn't have weighed in yesterday. At197 today but yesterday was a extremely light day So that makes a 12 pound loss for the month

    Protein bars??

    Is there any type of protein bars we are allowed to have? Anybody have any good ideas in a type I should try? I need something for either at work it after working out. I'm just worried about being dizzy from working out on so much fewer calories

    I have united and it's excluded in mine-but I did the hernia band program so insurance paid for some because we didn't mention the lapband part

    Steri Strips itching

    Ooooooo I hated that and my glue stayed on four weeks because of how I was glued(skin was fully together on to of them so it was also preventing my from healing-those two never itched)

    Ugh!!!!!!!!

    Hair loss means you need more protein..also be sure to take vitamins with Biotin. I just recently bought non flavored protein powder so I can mix it with my food to up the protein amounts. I drink at least one protein drink a day (two on gym days) to help me reach my protein goals
  15. Good luck with surgery! I had mine fixed with surgery but no clue if it made healing more difficult
