You should not be able to eat breakfast in the morning. If your band is as tight as it should be, you shouldn't be able to eat until about noon. In the morning I have a Protein shake and that's about all I can get down. If you are currently able to eat breakfast I would suggest seeing your surgeon about a fill.

Did your doctor tell you you shouldn't be able to eat breakfast? I have always been able to eat breakfast. My doctor told me the opposite, you should always eat solid food and not liquids.

I like a lot of people are unable to eat anything in the morning, I usually first have coffee than a few hours later can tolorate some thin oatmeal, cream of wheat or yogart, bless you all that are having pancakes and sausage for breakfast but I don't think your tight enough yet.. I just came back from the Bahamas and I was a little obsessive also, I packed protein shots with me, I use the profect shots they are a great little way to get in 25 grams of protein in 100 calories, you can find them at profect.com. Wish you all the best on your summer vacations banded style.
