Just wanted to let everyone know I reached my goal of 140 pounds today! I am very pleased with my band! It took 1 year and 4 months but it was time well spent! Now time to work on some toning
to everyone...keep going even when it gets tough just keep pushing through...its not always easy but well worth it in the end
