Just wanted to let everyone know I reached my goal of 140 pounds today! I am very pleased with my band! It took 1 year and 4 months but it was time well spent! Now time to work on some toning to everyone...keep going even when it gets tough just keep pushing through...its not always easy but well worth it in the end

They never gave me a frame of time. However when I told them my goal was 140 she told me (not in so many words) that it was a bit of reach...she told me to try to get to 180. That particular women no longer works there so I will never be able to show her I did it. It doesnt matter though! I know I did I couldnt be happier either

wow that is wonderful I am so happy for you. I had my concerns if I could do it and stories like yours keep me going I am 30 lbs from goal and I have never been able to see it b4 I dream of 140 but goal is 160 I see whats up after that^{.good job}
