nausea then tight feeling band? should I worry?

I had an episode of light headedness and nausea after trying to help my husband. He cut his tongue and it was bleeding pretty badly. After I got myself collected from the light headedness, I still feel nauseous and now my band is feeling tight. I did not vomit. I've never had this issue with the sight of blood in the past either. Should I be worried?
