Month 1 of 3 Complete and an 11 pound Success!

As part of my Insurance Requirements I must complete 3 months of medically monitored weight loss. I went for my 1 month follow up appointment today and I am down 11 pounds! I am so excited!!

I have a wonderful surgical team. The programs they have in place are teaching me the tools I need to be successful now and after I have the band. I cannot wipe the cheesy smile off my face today!! :)
