Did you get your sex drive back?

Being overweight I seriously lack any interest in having sex. I am married and feel guilty about this. I have been banded for two weeks and am looking forward to losing weight for so many reason. But so hoping my sex drive returns! Has this been an issue for your too??

I was so glad to see this after a disappointing visit at the gyno today. I told him I have no sex drive- like I was literally in tears. I love my husband and our kids are 16 and 13 and I feel horrible that I don't feel the same way about it as he does. So when I talked to my dr today I thought maybe I need my hormone levels checked or something. He didn't do any labs, told me to lose weight and send the kids away for the night. Still makes me want to cry. My surgery is June 13- I hope it helps.

Hate this topic (LOL)...never had one never will...hate looking at myself and dont want anyone else to either...I even shower in the dark-pathetic I know... but there's no amt of weight loss that will make any difference in regards to sex sad to say :(
