Ok my pants keeps falling off of me yay but when will i see the image i cant wait til june to see my progess especially by my birthday in august im giggly. But on another note this cold wont go hopefully my sister homemade chix Soup suppresses this hunger

    Congratulations MsRhonda on your weight loss. I love it when my clothes get baggy and I get to move down a size or two.

    Be careful with soup. Remember that soup is a slider and you may not stay satisfied for very long.

    I have a before picture and then take a picture in same clothes every couple months. You can def see the difference.

    Just cleaned my closet out for the 3rd time after banding.

    Wow thanks ladies this cold is kickin my butt especially my asthma is acting up with it so il just add some thick it to the soup for the full affect lol but i dont want to eat
