Still Losing....my Hair!

Hair that is. I thought it peaked but its still going strong about 6 weeks now. I keep telling my self its temporary but its so frightening. Any Veterans go through this extreme shedding? When will it slow down or stop and did your hair come back?

It took almost a year for my hair to stop falling out and then grow back to it's normal state. But you know what, it still seems a little thin to me after 15 months.

Oh and I got my protein in and took biotin also, still do....... biotin has done wonders for my brittle nails.

Are you taking vitamins daily?

Telogen Effluvium is what you're experiencing, type that in google and have a read.
