I love Greek non-fat yogurt

I have been putting it in my soup, my refried beans and tonight I used it to moisten my tuna salad by mixing it with the low fat mayonnaise, I like the tartness that it adds.

What brand... and I assume you mean plain?

Chobani Greek yogurt plain 0% fat.

I'm really having a hard time with that yogurt. I love Greek yogurt, however the plain non-fat has a taste that's difficult for me to acquire. I must say that I have never used it in egg salad or tuna salad, and I might give it a try. I could never eat it plain....YUCK! :)

Thanks for the tip about the tunal salad, I will give it a try next time.

I use it as I would sour cream, if I am eating yogurt, I go for one of the flavored varieties. The plain, I use to give my cooking added nutrition and flavor.

I was eating it at breakfast or a mid morning snack and I mixed apacket of Stevia. Tasted great!

Thanks Terry! I will subsitute my light sour cream for the non-fat yogurt. Great idea! Thanks for sharing!

I love Fage 0% Greek Yogurt add a tablespoon of peanut butter and honey. It's so good and a great way to get protein. I stay full for a long time after eating this.

I just discovered Greek yoghurt a few weeks ago and its a fantastic substitute for sour cream. Just as yummy but so much healthier!

It's great with some dry ranch seasoning mixed into it and some veggies!
