I just wanted to share my 10 month progress.. I have ways to go but happy with where am i now. Its not easy especially the last few months staying about the same but I'm back on track now...

Execellent I bet u can't believe it when u look at ur own pics I bet u just have a big grin from ear to ear and u deserve to be smiling keep it up in Feb. it will be 6 months for me and I just keep trying so thank you for the before and after pics.

Wow I found this post looking back on my old posts. To think a year later I needed my band out (emergency surgery) gained all the weight back and now getting sleeved next month!!! [emoji15].
