Missy... wow!!! Congratulations!!! My labs and overall health has improved so much just in the last 8 weeks it's mind boggling! ! My goal is to weigh 190#'s and just 3 months ago I thought that would be impossible now I'm hoping to see my goal weight on my 1 yr lapband anniversary! !!

Isn't it amazing.... It facinates me to watch every month how great we all are doing. It shows everyone on this forum that we are dedicated and commited to this. No matter what our differences are, or how we get there, we all have the same thing in common. That is the band!! We are a banded family, no body else can relate or understand what we go through better than us! I truly find comfort in knowing that I am not alone. I have been on this forum steadily for over a year and have learned so much from my banded peers before and after me. There is so much more to learn because our journey will forever continue as long as we have our band!
