I'm sorry it took so long to reply to you...I have been a little sick and was not on the site much. I hope this finds you well! How did your first doctor appointment go? Where are you going? I'm going to Dr. Karl Strom at Bayshore Hospital in Holmdel, NJ. Are you scared of the surgery? Is that what you mean? I'm a little nervous myself...but know I have to do something. My knees have blown out due to my weight, and my time for dieting my own way is done...I have to look at the surgery as a blessing...another chance to strart fresh. Please let me know how you made out...I will respond sooner. Thanks, God bless, and remember...we can do it! Kathleen

I know it's scary and exiting at the same time, myself and my husband are still waiting for the insurance to go thrue .

But I wish I had a day already, can't wait to get some help with all this Waight on me.

Hi All, I am hoping my date will be in April. I went to my first appointment Jan 29. My Psyc and Nutr is on Feb 20 and my last appointment will be March 18th. Hopefully, It will be mid-April. I am also going for surgery for carpal tunnel on April 5th. So I am hoping, the time I will have to take off of work, will also cover the time for lap band surgery. Good luck to all of you!
