early post op lifesaving foods

My wife and I are doing this together and these two ideas ha e been great moving into the puréed foods. We buy the low fat chili from Wendy's then add some tomato basil soup and purée and save. The meal goes a couple of days. I also started making cream of wheat with vanilla protein shakes rather than milk. I'd love to hear other ideas for weeks two and three

Mrs. Dash non salt seasoning great added to smooth Soups before heating for more flavor. Low fat laughing cow for canned chicken or tuna; also good added to egg whites ( right at the end but the heat melts it a little bit).

If you are going to eat sugar/fat free pudding cups; buy name brand.

YUM on the chili idea!!! Thanks.
