What Do You Guys Eat After A Fill ?

Had to get a unfill today because I haven't eaten solids in a week. I'm hungry but I'm scared to eat anything since I vomited earlier

the day of the fill, its liquids next day mushies, and soup then third day I ease into it...I had my first unfill a month back, not sure I must have irritated the band, and it was scary and I was scared to eat, but start small, and then be gradual with it!!

When I got an unfill, my dr said that I could eat normal afterwards. Not like an actual fill where i have to do liquids for 24 hrs.
