Just Banded This Morning

Well, I started at 285. Today I weighed in at 270 (thanks pre op diet). I have some mild discomfort, gas pains they say. Other than that, it's a little painful when I take deep breaths. He did have to remove a hernia so that may be some of it. I feel good though and can't wait to drop the pounds!!

Good luck to you! Watch for the gas pains as they can sneak up on ya.....keep us posted on your progress.

A heating pad was my best friend for the first week after surgery! It helped so much! Good luck with your journey!

Congratulations! I too had a hernia repair and between that & LB had 48 hrs of swelling, which caused discomfort not real pain.

Best thing you can do is walk as much as possible and sip sip sip.

Best wishes on your journey!
