Band Tightened Since I've Started My Cycle, Any Ideas To Help Loosen?

My band always seems to tighten the week before and of my cycle. Even though I typically will lose a lot of weight during this time, I am not enjoying this. I feel that I am at my happy place, however, when I am not experiencing this tightening. Any ideas ladies as to what I can do help relieve this pain from the increased fluid build up? BTW, I can keep liquids down during this but other foods are difficult/ out of the question.

From what I have read from others posts, sipping a hot beverage, such as tea or some Soup may help with loosening your band.

I've never experienced this happening to me...so I can't say for certain that it works. Good luck!

I would watch your sodium intake around that time.

In the mornings I'm a little tight and my first thing is hot chai tea, not only good but it does ease my stomach.

Thanks for your replys. I can successfully say that the combination of soup and taking some midol or tylenol has actually lifted some of the tightness. Weird right? Thanks for your input though and best of luck on your continued journeys!
