I am not really a fan of Dr. Oz so I take everything he says with a grain of salt.

I remember I was all excited about the raspberry ketones that he said were safe for everyone. I went to the health food store that sold them here and I talked to the owner. She asked me for a list of my medications and then went to her computer to check my list against her info. As it turned out it would be dangerous for me to take raspberry ketones because I am on an anti depressant. They would react negatively with my meds.

Those were my pre banded days when I was desperate enough to try anything and everything to lose weight.

Anyone try this for getting your Protein in?
