Being Banded In The Morning!!

I am so excited, yet very nervous. I've lost 13 pounds on the pre-op diet and I can't wait to continue on my journey. This forum is awesome!

I doing well. The gas is a little bothersome, but not too bad. I'm having more issues with the area around the port.

Many walks even inside the house. Use the heating pad on your lower back and shoulder area. It helps alleviate any gas. I even put it on my breast bone area because I had more discomfort with the hernia repair. And the heating pad seemed to help relax the tissues and muscles. SIP plenty of Water. Take your meds as prescribed, don't tough it out during recovery.

Hugs and prayers for all recently banded.
