You're gonna do great! Is it only because you're having the ultrasound that you can't have any liquid?

Yes lol. So all will be good tonight when i can have water. I pick up my shakes at my appointment tonight too. How are yours??

My pre-op is super easy... I basically am on a high protein, low carb diet. I don't have to drink the shakes, but i'm drinking them in the morning. Counting calories... 900-1000 per day.

I got lucky... But the post op seems like it's going to be so hard. 2 weeks clear liquids, 2 weeks protein shakes, 2 weeks mushies, then regular diet.

Thanksgiving falls under the protein shake phase. Blah! BUT - I'll be on regular diet by Christmas and hopefully like 30lbs lighter.

It will be over very soon. Then on with a new YOU in weight and in health.
