My name is Jo, I am 25 and fairly new to Richmond, Va. I moved here in February and am loving it. I was banded in May of 2011 with a starting weight of 320 and have lost a total of 129 pounds. I work full time and attend school part time so it has been a bit difficult to find time to fit in some exercise. I really want to tighten everything up . I look forward to meeting fellow bandsters. It is beautiful out today!
