Hi Guys,

Anyone getting banded in November? I am going in on the 7 November, and starting to get everything together for my big day - anyone going in there, to share the journey with?

Any advice, or ideas on how to make the first two weeks bearable would be great and welcomed!

Hi! I am also getting banded November 6th. There are a bunch of us in the Preop section. Good luck! I am so ready for this!

That's great that we are all getting it done in the same week - we might have to be pen pals in the first couple of weeks, and let each other know how we are all doing. I am nervous and my dr hasn't given me any pre op diet, just only liquids the day before. The post op is stricter though. I am so excited, I really feel that this is going to be the drastic change I need, otherwise it will just grow and gro and grow. No thanks!

Hello getting band on nov.2 I'm on my pre op diet shakes and it's hard it's just my 4 day 9days to go

I am getting banded on November 6th. Today is my first day of the pre-op diet....wish me luck! I have a feeling it is going to be a long day!!

Can you beleive this - my surgery date has moved up, and I am going in tomorrow!! On a liquid diet today, but only doing one day - doc says I only need to do the day before!

So nervous and scared, but I know this will be the best thing for me yet. Will let you know how it all goes!
