which ever you get, you will have to change what you eat and start exercising. and if you dont, you wont have much success.

there is good and bad with each but they each can be a life saver (as in my case) but its not a miracle cure all.

choose what works for you as you are the one who has to make it work.

To be very honest, this is a touchy subject only because not one person can tell you what weight loss surgery is the best. Ultimately, the decision does become your own personal choice and reason why you 'chose' to have that particular surgery. For many of us we did a lot of research 0n all 3 weight loss surgeries and weighed our 'own' options. Its a personal preference why one chooses one over the other.

Sorry I can't be of any help to you on this topic its really one you have to research on your own, attending a weight loss seminar in your area would be a great start. Then google, then youtube. My 3 recommendations.
