Wgbem, you can do this and remember your body needs to eat to lose the weight. Like mentioned above, journaling is an awesome tool and this really helps you relearn how to eat. You don't have to do it forever, but you can use it now to learn where you should be at and especially keep track of the fat, carbs, etc (different docs have different instructions). I have been doing it since I got banded (July) and at first it got me in the habit of getting protein in as I'm not a big meat eater and watching those carbs, amazing some of the healthiest things have a lot of carbs. And even on getting my fluids in as that is still a problem. But you hold yourself more accountable and it makes you think about what is going in your mouth. :)

Thank you all so much. I have battled weight for years and know I can get through this. Again, I just did not realize this little glitch of getting to the green zone.

My eating has cut down a great deal so now to get back to work with exercising.

I am so glad I have this site as the support is amazing.
