What Brand Of Yogurt Its Okay 1 Wk Post Op

This confuses me. pretty much all yogurt is low fat but confused on which ones have the good sugar” natural”. I would like to try the drinkable yogurt or smoothies but want the best option a wk after surgery. Can someone please help me with this?

I buy Greek yogurt. Fage is good

I would say yogurt smoothies for one week post op. Later, if you have a Kroger store in your area, they have their own carb-master brand. Its very low in sugar and delish!

My surgeon recommends yoplait light or dannon light as long as there are no fruit chunks and the yogurt is smooth.
