I have an appointment today at the fill center. I have a 10cc band that is a little over half full. I know they are going to ask me if I need a fill. Now that my band is over half full, I get pretty good restriction. I have to be careful of what I eat. I don't get stuck, I don't throw up. (yay) I'm losing right at a pound a week, very slow but steady. So, I really don't know if I need a fill. My band is tight in the morning. In the afternoon and evening I can eat most solid foods with no problem. Only dense meat and bread give me problems. I guess my fear is that the band will get too tight, maybe I'm just worrying for nothing. Please let me know what you guys with experience think. I am looking for my sweet spot but am not sure if I'm there.
Thanks, Jackie
