Crockpot Pot Roast And Sauerbraten

I'm a week away from my surgery, but I want to ask a question I've been pondering for a while.

(This is for well after my surgery, when I'm eating normal foods.)

My husband's sauerbraten falls apart with a fork. So does my crockpot pot roast.

Do you think these are tender enough for a banded person?

Yes, I have made crock pot roasts that fall apart. I've had no problems. Small bits and chew chew chew.

Then again, I don't have problems with eating any foods as long as I take small bits, chew well and eat slow.

I've been able to eat whatever I want, including roasts of all kinds. Only you and your body will be able to determine what you can and can't eat.
