Off Topic But Anyone Have/had Skin Boils?

A few yrs back i started getting boils on my inner thighs. They became very painful and swollen. If i made a small hole w/ a needle it would drain out. It drained so much blood it was crazy! It instantly felt better though. When i would get them it hurt so bad when my thighs rubbed that i worn band aids over them. I haven't had one in a long time but they all scar'd. They are red/pinkish in color and like a small bump. A soft bump. Is this from being overweight? I even went to the ER once for it b/c it hurt so bad. They took a sample to biopsy and it came back normal. I hate all these scars! Anyone have them too?

I have had them! I think it is due to being overweight! I can't wait to lose weight and to hopefully have the excess skin and scarred skin removed by plastic surgery! :( I know how you feel and they are very painful!

I used to have them all the time. I too went to the doctor and she told me it was from shaving with a dull razor. I started making sure I use a fairly new blade now when I shave and now I rarely get them.
