Am I Able To Sleep On My Side

Good Evening

I am not the person who can sleep on their back and I am sooooo wanting to jus roll on my side. To be honest I am laying on my side with a pillow on my side and not having any pain but I do just want to make sure I will not mess up anything with my band by sleeping on my side. Please let me know??????

Thank you for any advice you can provide.

Yeessss!!!!! Ok Thank you so much for replying. I was worried I was doing it to soon after my surgery because its only been 5 days since I got banded.

Like Christie said, if it is comfortable then it is fine!!! Good luck!

Thank you!!!!!!!

Why wouldn't you be able to sleep on your side? I think I slept on my side the night I spent in the hospital after surgery. I don't do well on my back either - but when you have severe reflux you have no choice...
