What stage are you at in your surgery!?

I had mine June 28!

Has it been pretty rough getting used to the food plan? Are you glad you did it? What advice can you give me for post surgery? I appreciate any help or tips you can give! I hope you are doing well.

It has been slow progress but I am loosing. I have had one fill and am eating a lot less. Post surgery just follow the diet from your surgeon. I ate sugar free fudgsicles and no sugar Italian ice! It was a nice treat! I'll keep you posted! Slow but steady wins the race!

Don't know Dr. Ginsburg! But I'm sure we are probably in the same place! I have chosen Dr. Folwell. I have my final pre-op visit with him on Tuesday! Yay! And starting my 2 week Protein soon. But I am so ready to get this ball rolling. Should be banded by end of September! How about you?

I dont know Dr. Fowell personally but some of the other people at the nutrition seminar I had to attend were going to him. I am currently on day 3 of my pre op liquid diet and my surgery is scheduled for thursday the 6th! So I'm SUPER EXCITED! but also starting to get nervous! ....lol gotta stay away from those LB complication threads!!
