Im At A Plateau And It Wont Come Off

I can't lose this month at all. I've lost 50 lbs since April 6th but this month I started cardio and strength training and thought I'd lose more but the scale won't move, I'm panicking!! Help!

This month? two weeks is hardly a plateau. Maybe two months but not two weeks. Keep doint what you're doing and it will come off. You're most likely adding some muscle which will offset any fat loss but you're slimming down in inches.

Well thats good to know! I guess I won't panic until 2 months goes by without a loss. Someone told me 1 pound of fat or 1 pound of muscle still weighs the same but muscle looks smaller so I should still lose weight whether or not I working out! Thanks again.
