Does TR Houston Surgicenter do fills using flouroscopy (sp?) I have had a fill through my hospital, and I prefer the machine.

That's where I go and they always use a siringe.

I've had the X-ray where they make you drink the chalky white liquid and take the picture but not during the actual fill. They can insert the syringe and then check the X-ray while you still have the needle in your port. They've used that on me afte adding Fluid to check the band and see how yhe fluid is flowing, etc. but I always start out lying down on the "bed" while the nurse inserts the needle.
