Picking a new insurance carrier

Hi everyone. I am starting a new job with the Georgia Department of Education and will have to pick an insurance provider soon. I am hoping there is someone out there who will be able to tell me if they know of a carrier that will cover the lap band surgery. I live in the Atlanta Georgia area and would love for some of you Georgia people to give me some feedback. Thank you so much.
