  2. Hello everyone.... I am about 4 weeks out of surgery, and i am getting my first fill on may 28th....... ummmm i have no restriction..... i can practically eat as much as i could before..... i do get full quicker but as for the band restricting my food intake isn't really working...... is this normal?? will i get restriction when i get a fill??
  3. my first stuck food was scrambled eggs as well!!! hard boiled was ok... but scrambles was ew awful
  4. i have been started on mushy food.... i had surgery alittle over 2 weeks ago.... and my stomach hurts.... not where the band it but the bigger part of my stomach hurts.... usually when i eat it hurts more!!!! is this normal or????
  5. Thanks everyone that really makes me feel better..... the liquid diet was one of the hardest things i've ever done..... if i see one more glass of apple juice!!!! LOL, but actually today is my 2 week "bandaversary" as i see some of you call it.... so i can officially eat mushie stuff..... i'm so glad!!! thanks so much
  6. i had my gallblader out and it's the best thing i ever did...... the paid is pretty close to child birth..... OMG feels like some one is stabbing you in the back and twisting not to mention it feels like you stomach is slowing exploding,,,,, worst pain i ever felt..... hope you feel better Katie!!

  8. post op,,,,, and it's not like i ate a chicken i just started eating mushies alitlle early..... very slowly im amd i am sure i am fine but i guess i am nervouse now,,,, 2 weeks is just a long time on liquid

  10. depending on the doctor that did the surgery everyone has differnt pre op and post op diets... some people can go to mushies earlier than 2 weeks even solid pretty early..... some people have to be on liquid diet 2 weeks pre op!!! what's up with that?
  11. Is fish a good food to have during the mushy phase?..... it seems like it would be.... anybody know?
  12. I don't think i would have made it with 2 weeks liquid..... my doctor told me no solid food 1 day before surgery..... that's it...
  13. Lil angel i did this when i was on liquid diet and the swollowing really is the best part and i never noticed it until now!!! weird
  14. can either erosion of slippage like be fatal??? that scares me!!!
  15. since i had surgery 2 weeks ago.... i deffinetly have had cravings and wanted to eat becasue im bored or whatever... but my stomach has not felt hungry at all since surgery... it feels like Full and tight... is this normal?? and as the time goes on will i feel hungry again?
