Day One Of Pre Op Diet

Am enjoying a delicious bowl of broccoli as day one of seven of my pre op diet is almost over. It has been different, but not too bad. If I wasn't so excited, it could be called torture. :-D

enjoy that cuz umight not get to eat itagain

You can make it seven days no problem. Just keep that goal in mind and don't stray for anything. Days 3-4 were where it got rough for me, but it got better again after that. If you take teensy bites, eat slowly, and drink lots of water, you'll have an easier time. Good luck!!

Thanks, Jellyfish!

Hang in there. I lost weight on my pre-op diet. And if it's the same as mine was - you'll learn to love Salsa as an amazing flavour addition to boring stuff like broccoli.!!

Day one pre-op too!!!! Yikes. :)))

Hang in there you are on your way to a new life! Congrats, just think next week you will be banded. It a wonderful thing!
