Hello I was banded in mexico on july 6th and I am now hearing that people have problems finding fillers in the states.

Anyone know anyone in the phoenix area that does fills?

Yes...although she is not a doctor....Wendy is licensed to do fills. I belive her certification she got from the State of Washington. She fun and very likable person. She travels all around Arizona and is in Phoenix and Mesa once a week. Her number is 928-536-5377. She will contact you within the week....at least this is what I experienced personally.

P.S. Once I get the band and we move to Arizona...I'm going to use her. I've talked to her already and she has rave reviews from many people. Do your own research...but this is what I have found.

I went with dr Almanza in tijiuana. Jerusalem hospital. It was overall a terrific experience. I wish there was a little more communication and education but overall terrific. I would go back for fills but traveling there will kill me financially.

I was terrified@ I thought I wouldn't come back alive...lol but it was fine. Sterile, professional and friendly.

I used to live in the Scottsdale/Phoenix/Tempe/Chandler area for 6 years and can't wait to move back. I feel like its home. My wife and I are looking to move back there...but just waiting for the good Lord to breathe on our plans.

P.S. If you don't mind me asking...what was the cost of his surgery? At the moment...Dr. Kuri is $5500...although cost is not the MAJOR consideration of a surgery...it is a variable.

Me too. I am still very nervous about what I have done. What I have giving up or (less). So I'm there looking for reassurance at every turn. Dr Almanza had a special for3500. I know wow cheap. That is also part of the reason I had doubts... you know u get what u pay for". But so far so good. Already lost 17 lbs since last Friday. Amazing. But it is scary. Do a lot of research. Alot .
